Dave Woodruff is Chairman of the Board and President of the Bob Woodruff Family Foundation. In January of 2006 Woodruff.s brother, ABC News Anchor Bob Woodruff, suffered a severe traumatic brain injury while covering the war in Iraq. A year after his brother.s injury and as his recovery continued, Woodruff and his family established the Foundation whose mission is to assist U.S. military service members and veterans who have suffered similar injuries as they recover and return to duty or their civilian lives. Woodruff is also Group Advertising Director-Detroit for the Hearst Integrated Media division of Hearst Magazines overseeing all corporate accounts for Hearst in the Detroit territory. He lives in Birmingham, Michigan with his wife Lee Ann and children Kyle and Ellie.
